There have been various reports about this already in the $20-30 billion range but the AP reports that Canada will announce more than $20 billion in tariffs against the US in response to today’s US tariffs on Canadian aluminum and steel.
A meeting tomorrow is planned between US and Canadian officials so we will see if that gets trade back on track.
