China’s NPC standing committee to hold 14th meeting session next week

China’s top legislative body will be convening on 24 to 25 February with no details outlined for the meeting. The timing is as expected with this set to be the 14th session since 2023. They usually meet every two months, and will continue to do so as per the current arrangement. The big one to watch though will be the NPC i.e. two sessions meeting next month though. That is the annual event outside of this one.
