‘Predator: Badlands’ Is Roaring Onto Hulu Next Week

Good news, Predator fans: soon you can double-feature 2025’s live-action Predator: Badlands with 2025’s straight-to-Hulu Predator: Killer of Killers, when the former joins the latter on the streamer.

In fact, you can stream the whole Predator family on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, including the 1987 original and 2022’s Prey, though you’re allowed to forget 2018’s lackluster The Predator exists if you want.

Fortunately, there’s nothing lackluster about Dan Trachtenberg’s Predator: Badlands, which introduces new characters (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi’s Dek and Elle Fanning’s Thia), a new setting on an alien planet, and the wild concept of making a Predator—traditionally a brutal bad guy—the heroic center of the story.

The concept clicked with critics and moviegoers alike, and Predator: Badlands now stands as the highest-grossing Predator movie to date. Hulu and Disney+ are capitalizing on its popularity by adding 15 “Predator-themed creator videos†to their libraries, if you want to venture beyond the boundaries of Hollywood and stream some fan-made Predator content.

Hulu released a new trailer to hype the streaming release:

Predator: Badlands has been available to rent or buy on digital since early January, but it hits Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ starting February 12. Physical media fans can pick it up on Blu-ray and UHD on February 17; there’s also a vinyl soundtrack release coming soon.
