The Tiny But Dramatic B-Plot of ‘Solar Opposites’ Has Its Own Finale Trailer

Solar Opposites comes to an end next week after six seasons, and while we’ll miss its found family of raunchy aliens, we are also dying to see how “the Wall†ends. If you’re a fan of the show, you know the high-stakes drama constantly swirling around the population of tiny people eking out an existence inside a bedroom wall in the Shlorpians’ suburban home.

Over Solar Opposites‘ run, the humans—transformed thanks to a shrink ray wielded by the callous Yumyulack, voiced by Sean Giambrone—have battled not just the perils of being an inch tall but also the extreme emotions that result from being forced into harsh conditions alongside strangers, many of whom are assholes.

As this teaser shows, salvation may be at hand if the group—led by the determined Queen Cherie (Christina Hendricks)—can pull off “Project Ariana†and make everybody “grande†(groan) again.

You can also see from the trailer that “the original Wall badass,†the Duke (Alfred Molina) has returned, but the scariest thing you can glimpse just might be that robot vacuum that detects the tiny people in its path. Forget the angry possum: death by Roomba would be so much worse.

We’ll find out how the Wall storyline concludes just a few short days; Solar Opposites‘ sixth and final season hits Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ October 13.
